I just wanted to thank you for your Goo Gone product. It is definitely a life saver. This weekend a can of undercoating black spray paint exploded and got all over our 2 year old off white Berber carpet. The spray can said we should use a product that can remove tar to clean up this paint. I was so upset, I thought it was never going to come out of the carpet. I tried several things before I went to the store and purchased Goo Gone. Goo Gone worked wonders on our carpet. I'm already going to need to buy a new bottle, we used most of it on the carpet (that's how big the stain was). We love that stuff now and we will tell everyone we know to get some. It is wonderful for hard to remove stains.

I just wanted to say THANKS!!

Wheel one took me 25 minutes of hard scrubbing to clean off the grease. Using Goo Gone, wheel two took me less than 5 minutes to clean and only required simple wiping.  I've included a before and after picture.

I needed a cleaner to remove several types of marks from the walls/floors. New to home improvement, I spent time in a store reading labels, trying to find a product to meet all my needs. Found OOPS! needless to say. I will always have this product in my home from this day forward!!! It removed everything I applied it to with better than excellent results. I'm so vary pleased that I recommended to everyone I speak with. I purchased OOPS! and gave it to my son to use it on the "artistic" crayon marks my toddler granddaughters have put on walls, et cetera. Also, bought a can for the office. Works on everything!!! I had read about your product in a newspaper column. When I was at a hardware store, I found your product and thought "Why not give it a try". Am I glad I did! The Furniture White Ring Remover is amazing. I had two large heat marks on my dining room table for years. They are now gone. I was on the telephone to my daughter as the marks were disappearing. My tables are now "markless" and I am so pleased.

I would just like to thank you and tell you how wonderful your Goo Gone product is. Memorial Day weekend I went to my sister's house and my 2 1/2 year old niece got into my car and found a tube of lipstick in my purse.  She then proceeded to color the inside of my car with my red lipstick.  She also colored herself and the dog.  We were trying everything we could find to get it out of the car seats and nothing was working.  Finally we tried Goo Gone.  After two hours of trying everything we could think of we applied your product and the lipstick just wiped off.  In ten minutes my car looked brand new.  I am so happy this worked.  Attached to this is before and after pictures of my car.  This is the best stuff in the world and I am telling everyone that they need to have some at there home.

Let me tell you about my vacation in Maine and how Goo Gone saved the day. It was a hot day in July and I had taken several children, including my nine year old nephew, swimming to cool off. The lake we swam in had had an oil spill nearly four years earlier, but we had been told it was all cleaned up. The kids were diving off a rock, when my nephew surfaced with huge globs of oil in his hair and down his back. He went into shallow water to try and clean it off and only succeeded in spreading it over nearly his entire body. I took him home, intending to use Dawn dish detergent to clean him up. It didn't make a dent in the oil on him. I had introduced my mother to Goo Gone a couple of years earlier and she suggested that we try that on him. I put some on a paper towel and wiped it down his back. We were surprised to see how quickly and easily this cleaned him up. We even used it in his hair. Within minutes, what had looked like a hopeless job was completed! I am enclosing an "after" picture of my nephew, Gavin Caler. I sure wish i'd thought to take a "before" picture sou you could see what a mess he was. Thanks Goo Gone, a bad experience turned into a story that will be told in our family for years to come. I may not be directing this letter to the correct department head but first just had too send off this response to my first use of your Gonzo Screen Cleaner product today. It is marvelous - to me, almost magical. You cannot begin to imagine my frustration trying to clean the screens that came with my new windows. They seemed to attract so much pollen and dirt that visibility was sadly diminished. Clean windows didn't help. It was the screens that badly needed help.
I came across information about your product in a magazine and was able to find the product at Home Depot here in Sheboygan - Thank God - and when i shop at Home Depot again, I will praise your product to the skies to that department manager, and will seek out your other products.
Thanks a million for saving my sanity from years if aggravation with dirty screens. Kudos to your research and development department - Its a gem!

I do not know if you receive letters in praise of your product, but you are getting one from me.
Today, I had to make some hurricane repairs on my roof which involved using an aluminum sealer paint. I performed the necessary work and proceeded to clean up the brushes, etc.
Unfortunately, I carelessly removed a short section of pvc pipe that I had used to stir the semi-congealed paint, and in doing so the end of the pipe crossed over the hood of my new, shiny black, sports car.
My visiting sister spotted a continuous drip from the open end of the pipe, which looked like a kind of ceramic glaze, all over the hood and side of the new car.
I quickly ran into the house to get the Goo Gone, which I always keep on hand, grabbed a couple of car towels and ran to the car.
I squirted the Goo Gone over the area and wiped it with the towels.
Without any hesitation, the gelatinous goop came right off the painted surface, which I proceeded to wash and then re-wax. I can't tell you how grateful I was that I had that bottle of your wonderful product. Not having it would have created a terrible problem for me, but luckily Goo Gone took the pain away!

I just wanted to send you a letter letting you know how much I really like your Goo Gone. It works great. I was especially amazed when I used your product to remove a sealed envelope off one of my old birthday cards. It worked on paper. I was very careful and just did a little spot at a time along with some elbow grease (own pressure). The only problem that I have had with your product is the fact that I don't always remember to try it.

I have used your Patio Furniture Cleaner for years and have found it to be an excellent cleaner. Well, the purpose of this letter is to tell you that I discovered that this product is the best I have found for laminate floors.
I had my kitchen floor installed five years ago and could never find a product that would not leave a residue or streaking when cleaning. The manufacturer Wilsonart, supplied me with there own cleaner, which didn't do the job.
Several weeks ago, I was out of floor cleaner and decided that I would use the Patio Furniture Cleaner in lieu of going to the store. The results were great, no residue or streaking. I have used your product on four other occasions and have gotten the same great results.
I believe that if you would market this product as a laminate floor cleaner, you would have a winner. I have not found another product that could beat it.

I sent the following e-mail to my girlfriends this morning and they all responded with "you should send that to the Goo Gone Co. as a testimonial." When i responded with, "there's no way they would be interested in the first part of the story", the reply I got back was "just remember, there would be no Goo Gone Co. if it weren't for people like you and me doing things like that. Everyone does them, but we're the only ones who admit it! Everyone can relate to that situation."
So Keeping that in mind, please read the following story because it really does mention you at the end! And it REALLY did happen to me this morning.
Keep in mind that this all happened BEFORE coffee this morning...
I made up some special labels (of course not on label paper. If I did that, we wouldn't have a story) for file trays and decided to affix them to the trays with spray adhesive. I think you're probably seeing where this is heading. Anyway, I started to do this in the office and then quickly realized after the fumes provided a much better morning lift than the coffee ever could that I should be doing this outside. So, I went outside with the glue. Then I came back in (to get the file trays and the labels.)
I was holding the label in my left hand and spraying the adhesive on it (and apparently my fingers, too) with my right hand. I repeated the process until my fingernails were coated with glue and then realized that I probably should have used rubber gloves for this project. Since I was already in full blown glue mode, I decided to just keep going. So I did. For about a dozen more file trays. Did I mention that the labels were going on both sides of the trays? That's a lot of spray adhesive.
When I was finally finished, I came back inside with the glue. Then I went back out (to get the file trays).
As I was washing my hands, which by the way was a really bad idea because it turned the glue into a gummy mess, (not to be confused with gummy bear) I quickly discovered that I had glued my ring to my thumb. Yes, really. But what I was more concerned about at the time was how i was going to get all the glue off of my nails without ruining my nail polish that I had just re-done last night.
After about three repeated hand washings, with no change in the gummy effect, the ring being stuck, or the coated nails I decided to dry my hands and go in search of something stronger than soft soap. (which of course, I should have known from the start would not work)
Just to state the obvious (well, NOW it's obvious)-using paper towel on gummy hands is not a good idea.
Lucky for me, Kim is a smart girl and suggested that I use Goo Gone when I finally decided to whine to her about my little blunder. And, oh guess what, it worked like a charm!!! The glue (and the paper towel parts) came off instantly, plus it freed my ring from my thumb. But the best part was that my nail polish was left in tact!
So, if you ever get yourself into a sticky situation just remember that someone (namely, me) has been there, done that.
