1-cup baking soda to 5 gallons of warm water.
The Sealer and Adhesive remover was applied to remove adhesive that was on an uneven concrete floor. Most of the adhesive was removed, but there is still a thin film of the adhesive on the concrete. Is there any way to completely remove it?
Apply the remover in a manageable area. Allow it to stand until the sealer is softened, approximately 15 minutes. Scrape up what you can. Then, immediately rinse with some paint thinner. Use a stiff broom to help the paint thinner bring up the sticky bits of leftover sealer. Wipe up paint thinner then allow to dry. This will also help remove any milky film you see after using the Sealer and Adhesive Remover.
I’m trying to clean up my tools and gloves after using the product, and water is not working. How can I clean up the Sealer and Adhesive Remover?
Use Paint Thinner to clean tools. Also, you may try HOT water and a little detergent.
What type of sealers will it remove; will it remove Thompson’s Water Seal?
It will remove all film formers, water-based, epoxy, and solvent-based sealers. The only type of sealant it may not remove is some of the very expensive penetrating sealers made with certain fluorocarbon surfactants. Yes, it will remove Thompson's Water Seal.
Is the Sealer & Adhesive remover know to lighten colored cement?
The Sealer and Adhesive Remover will not harm integral color, but it will remove a stain or paint.
Can you use your product to remove Carpet seam sealer on the surface of carpet?
I would not use the Jasco Sealer and Adhesive Remover. A lot of carpets have sythetic fiber which would be melted by the remover.
Is this product safe to use on corion to remove old adhesive?
Corian is sythetic, and Jasco Sealer and Adhesive Remover will melt it.
Can Sealer & Adhesive remover be used to remove Natural Look Tile sealer that has been tracked in on an oak wood floor with a polyurethane gloss seal?
No, it will remove the polyurethane. Use some mineral spirits.
