Product Won’t Dry

In the past we have had some of the product not curing/hardening properly due to a problem with the hardener. There may still be some of this older product on shelves.

Solution: Customer should return to store for exchange, or we can send replacement product to the customer as a Warranty order.

Product has Hardened in Container

In the past we have had some of this product harden in the vials, due to a problem with the hardener. There may still be some of this older product on shelves.

Solution: Customer should return to store for exchange, or we can send replacement product to the customer as a Warranty order.
