Spray Instructions:

1. Spray product on soiled area and wipe clean with a soft cloth or sponge, just like any other spray cleaner.
2. For tougher soiling, spray product on liberally and allow to stand for several minutes to allow the product to soften the soil.
3. Heavy soap scum, mold stains or mildew stains may require scrubbing with a nylon pad.
4. For larger area cleaning areas, use Tile Guard, Tile and Grout Cleaner concentrate.
5. To remove build up of acrylic and wax floor finishes or especially tough grime buildup, we recommend Tile Guard, Extra Strength Tile and Grout Cleaner.
6. Always test product in an inconspicuous area to determine suitability for intended use.

Aerosol Instructions:

1. Shake well before using.
2. Spray product 6 to 8 inches from surface, then wipe off.
3. On extremely soiled areas, allow to remain on surface for a few seconds before wiping.
4. Repeat if necessary.
5. If spraying on metal surfaces or chrome, rinse with water.

- Do not use on marble or stone.

Concentrated Formula Instructions:

1. Apply with sponge or spray
2. Scrub
3. Allow to set for 2 minutes before rinsing. Rinse thoroughly.

Handling & Storage: Open container carefully. Store only in its original container.

Maintenance: We recommend Tile Guard, Tile and Grout Cleaner and Tile Guard, Tile Clean and Seal, for cleaning tile on a regular basis. Always use products made for cleaning your specific surfaces. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents on treated surfaces as this may damage the surface and shorten the life of the seal. Life of the product will vary depending on the surface, wear and frequency and types of maintenance products used.

Shelf Life of Tile Grout Cleaners:

Although we only carry return liability for 2 years, most Tile Guard Products last longer. The cleaners are pretty stable long term. The biggest issue here is they can evaporate over time if the package seal is broken or when stored, after use, with the cap loose.
